How to Apply
A simple, transparent process — from inquiry to enrollment

Browse all PMF programs and select the one that matches your qualifications and career goals. Contact us if you're unsure which to choose.
Check Eligibility
Confirm you meet the minimum entry requirements — Matric with the required subject group and minimum marks percentage for your chosen category.
Submit Application
Fill in the application form below or visit the campus. Bring your original documents and CNIC/B-Form for verification.
Confirm Enrollment
Once your application is reviewed and merit finalized, you'll receive a call to confirm your seat and complete enrollment.
Entry Requirements
Category A — New Scheme of Studies
- Matric (Science) — Biology, Chemistry, Physics
- Minimum 45% marks in Board examination
- Age: 15–25 years at time of admission
- CNIC / B-Form (original + copy)
- Matric certificate (original + 2 copies)
- 4 recent passport-size photographs
Category B — Core Course Programs
- Matric (Science) for most programs
- Minimum 45% marks in Board examination
- First year: Common Core Course (shared)
- Specialization begins in second year
- CNIC / B-Form (original + copy)
- 4 recent passport-size photographs
Category C — Other Programs
- Matric (any group) accepted for LHV, CMW, Mortuary, Public Health
- Minimum 45% marks in Board examination
- LHV and CMW: Female candidates only
- CNA: 1-year program — Matric (any group)
- CNIC / B-Form (original + copy)
- 4 recent passport-size photographs
Important Notes
- Admission is on merit basis — higher marks are prioritized
- Seats are limited — apply early to secure your place
- Fee structure available on campus visit or WhatsApp inquiry
- Installment plan available — ask at the time of enrollment
- PMF registration fee paid at time of admission
